Return & Refund Policy

Each prayer cloth is individually handmade with love and care. Because of the handmade nature of our products, all sales are generally considered final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind.

We want every order to arrive just as it should. If your prayer cloth arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue so we can review it and work toward a resolution.

Please note that variations in size, shape, and stitching are a natural part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.

Any refunds or replacements will be handled on a case-by-case basis, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
